Celebrating historic and contemporary textile art

Free exhibition, Festival Evensong and Embroidery Workshop. See below for details and to book workshop.

FREE EXHIBITION in memory of Helene Lister Cheese, in the atmospheric surroundings of the medieval Parish Church. Open Thursday 26 June to Friday 4 July during normal opening hours (10 am - 12 noon Monday - Saturday).

Launch event: drop in to view the exhibition on Sunday 29 June from 1pm, with wine served from 4pm, followed by Festival Evensong.

FESTIVAL EVENSONG

Sun 29 June 5pm at Wantage Parish Church.

Choral music from Wantage Parish Church Choir, preceded by an opportunity to view the exhibition with a glass of wine. Free, donations welcome.

EMBROIDERY WORKSHOP

Thursday 26 June, 10 am - 4 pm at St Mary's Convent, Denchworth Road.

Price £26 including lunch and materials. Create a piece of embroidery under expert tuition, combined with spiritual reflection. All materials provided. No experience needed!

Please note: your embroidery is yours to take away, but if you wish to keep the frame there will be an additional charge.
