Serving Team Taster Session: Thursday 1 December 5pm in the Parish Church. If you’ve ever fancied swinging the thurible, admired the choreography of the acolytes (candle-bearers), or wondered what it is we’re doing at that little table, now is your chance to get in on the altar team action! The serving team will be holding a taster session for potential recruits on Thursday evening at 5pm. Learn a new skill, and once you’re trained up there is no regular time commitment outside service times. Email Katherine or Simon or just turn up!

Dickensian Evening 2 December: Sylvia Ward is looking for donations of good quality small soft toys for a hook a bag game, these can be left in the Fitzwaryn Chantry together with donations of any books for the bookstall. Thank you.

CHOCOLATE! On the Dickensian Evening, Robert and Jane will again be holding their hugely successful “CHOCOLATE EXTRAVAGANZA”. Please donate chocolate items, bars, bags or boxes both large and small, so that there will be enough for a “prize every time”. There will be a box in each church for donations or they can be given directly to them at any time. (Jane: W 763157).
